Payment

Payment can be made through our web site via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. 
 

All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax.
 

We understand that despite the fact our site uses the highest encryption standard available (128-bit SSL), some people will still have reservations about shopping online therefore Twisted Green excepts payment by direct deposits. Please email us sales@twistedgreen.com.au if this is your preferred method of payment and we will contact you with our account details.

Postage & Delivery

We aim to process, pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible - usually the same day if order is placed in the morning or the next working day. As we are situated in Western Australia, recipients in WA can expect a faster delivery time. We guarantee delivery within 7 days anywhere in Australia.Gifts can be delivered to you or a gift recipient. Australia Post is our preferred delivery method unless you request otherwise.

We charge a flat rate for regular post: $7.95

Special day delivery

If you wish your gift to be delivered on a special day please order well in advance and state the date of delivery in the Message on card / comments box situated at checkout.

Exchange & Returns

We understand that children may at one time receive the same present from their generous friends and relatives which is why we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Please note that postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you believe that your product you have received is faulty in any way please contact us by email
sales@twistedgreen.com.au within 7 days of receiving your gift to arrange an exchange or refund.

All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless these conditions are met.
Faulty items should be returned within 14 days for a full replacement. Associated delivery cost will be the responsibility of Twisted Green.

Personal details, such as your name, address, email address and gift recipient information is only collected for the purpose of processing and dispatching your order.
Or if you have chosen to join our mailing list which keeps you informed about Twisted Greens new product releases and special offers.
